This cuvée is produced in the Maine river basin.
It takes its name from a small stream that runs through the Domaine.

3 distinct soils: predominantly sandy soils, granitic rock with 2 micas. Sandy loam soil, ortho gneiss metamorphic rock. Sandy loam soil, fragmenting siliceous rock with flint slabs
Tasting notes
Pale yellow with golden hues, it has a nose of white fruit and citrus with a hint of hazelnut. Fruity, citrusy and slightly effervescent on the palate, giving it a refreshing, fine and elegant lemony character.
